Pat Hevrdejs has joined New Resources Consulting as Vice President of Sales
Pat Hevrdejs has joined New Resources Consulting as its Vice President of Sales, based in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, Pat will be responsible for developing NRC’s client partnerships, executing NRC’s annual sales plan to meet defined strategies and objectives, building and managing the Sales team to ensure organizational and financial growth, and recommending sales strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
Pat has served in an executive leadership position for multiple organizations, including North Highland, Experis, Manpower Group, and Jefferson Wells. With more than 25 years of professional services industry experience, he has partnered with strategic client account leadership teams, consulting practice leaders and talent acquisition specialists to successfully deliver proven consulting and talent results in areas such as information technology, project management, change management, organizational transformation, risk advisory, financial operations, and data analytics.
Pat has served a diverse client portfolio throughout the United States, spanning large Fortune 500 companies to small-to-mid-sized Middle Market organizations. Specific to the greater Milwaukee and Wisconsin region, Pat has led the delivery of high-quality consulting and role-based talent solutions to clients in the region since 2003.
Pat also shares NRC’s commitment to community, having served for many years in various Board Member and Board Advisory leadership roles for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin and Best Buddies Wisconsin.
